Acer Aspire S3-951-6646 Ultrabook I am just an IT professional and VERY picky when it comes to my laptop. I read the reviews for this and was mixed between the good and bad on here, so I decided to see a Microsoft Store and look it over on my own. I immediately was amazed how thin and light this was as being a MacBook Air (that we used and had previous to). I compared this towards Samsung series 9 notebook and although yes My spouse and i wish it had any non-glossy screen it even now beats it in sale price and performance.
Pros:
-Laptop does not demonstrate any traces of finger prints (which annoyed me with other laptops)
-Screen is very highly detailed and clear. Yes, its glossy but its a “comfortable glossy” just like the macbook air
-Keys are very receptive and comfortable. You do have to press a bit more but I easily got utilized to it.
-The touchpad is the most beneficial I’ve ever used about any Windows laptop. Very smooth and responsive just like a macbook.
-Great performance as it offers the i5 processor
-Super fast bootup along with screen on/off time
-Simple and basic when it comes to ports (2) USB and HDMI that are positioned perfectly in a corner. I see no desire for laptops to have tons of ports on the attributes and back adding bulk to it.

Customer Review is From un55d7900 : I owned samsung un55d7900 for two.5 months. the 2008 model that I even have give similar image quality at lower price. to line up the image requires science and therefore the worst (independent of samsung) is dependable on equipment used to capture and broadcast the image. does facilitate me ? no. the web owing to ultra slow processor(I guess) is annoying and disappointing (shame on samsung). The corner lights, oh yeah! does hassle me – no! – less than 1 chronicles of viewing time(if that) the opposite features – web connected – it’s the most street now… even the dvd has them Overall- approach overpriced – I weighted plenty to come it and purchase different complete or last year model or just wait until is $1500.

Customer Review is From un40d5500 : I purchased samsung un40d5500 this precise TV at Sam’s Club however thought i would leave a review here. I actually have owned the TV for regarding six months and have had quite a bit of time to manipulate with everything thus i thought i would write a quick review. Picture: 1st off, the image quality on samsung un40d5500 is great. i can’t say i am an image purist or something however everything I actually have plugged into samsung un40d5500 looks sensible. Blu-ray movies through my PS3 look nice. PS3 games conjointly look nice. I actually have even had sensible luck with lower quality sources such as my old VCR (yes, I still own one) and older video game systems such as my PS1. There are some picture filters that help to clean up a number of the noise from lower quality sources and my older Sony 47′ LCD does not clean them up likewise. The one disadvantage i will be able to say is that if there’s just one item on a completely black screen, such as a video game menu or one thing, the complete screen will be pretty dim thanks to the method LED dimming works. i feel this is probably true of most LED TV’s and is different than my regular Sony LCD thus i thought i would point it out. Audio: Audio quality is pretty sensible for such a thin TV. The speakers are not visible from the front and sound far better than my older Sony. i will be able to probably still find yourself obtaining a sound bar since i am an audio purist. The one issue that actually irks me during this department isn’t any headphone jack. there’s an audio out however that does not work well for headphones in any respect. This downside is not only with Samsung, many more moderen TV’s have omitted a headphone jack. what quantity might it presumably value to add? i am sure many of us would find it convenient. Other: do not pay money for the overpriced Samsung wireless network adapter. I used the Rosewill RNX-N1 from newegg for roughly $25 and it works perfectly. Updating the firmware via a USB stick was a breeze. The Samsung hub may be a nice feature. Netflix streaming works well. Also, i favor the power to load .avi movies onto a thumb drive and watch them straight on the TV. No more needing to hook up my laptop and mess with obtaining up to pause, etc. One final issue to notice is that being an LED lit TV, it puts out almost no heat. this is a bonus for the smallish non-air-conditioned room that i take advantage of it in. Overall: this isn’t the most affordable LED TV however it seems to hit the worth proposition well. it is full featured and appears sensible. Overall, i would obtain it again and would suggest to others.
